New and Updated Course Learning Outcomes
The reporting tool uses course learning outcomes that were approved at the beginning of the fall semester of the current academic year. New outcomes approved as part of new or updated course outlines will not take effect until the following fall. See the Annual Report Maintenance statement below.
- Fall Semester: December 23
- Spring Semester: May 25th (one week after grades are due)
- Summer classes ending on or before June 30: June 30
- Summer classes ending after June 30: December 23
Annual Report Maintenance:
The reporting tool will shift from one academic year to another on July 1st.
On July 1, 2017 reporting will close this fall for the 2016-2017 year and open for the 2017-2018 year. Closing of the 2016-2017 year means that you will no longer be able to submit or edit reports for that year. At this time all closing the loop reports that have been completed will be moved from the list of open reports to the list of those completed. Reporting for the 2016-2017 year will open to reflect all curriculum changes (e.g., SLO updates, course additions, deletions) that were approved in 2015-2016.
