New and Updated Course Learning Outcomes
The reporting tool uses course learning outcomes that were approved at the beginning of the fall semester of the current academic year. New outcomes approved as part of new or updated course outlines will not take effect until the following fall. See the Annual Report Maintenance statement below.
- Fall Semester: December 30 (recommended)
- Spring Semester: July 1
- Summer classes ending on or before June 30: June 30
- Summer classes ending after June 30: Fall deadline 2019
Annual Report Maintenance
The reporting tool will shift from one academic year to the next on July 1st. After this date, you will no longer be able to submit or edit reports for the previous year and all closing the loop reports that have been completed will be moved from the list of open reports to the list of those completed. Reporting for the next academic year will open to reflect all curriculum changes (e.g., SLO updates, course additions, deletions) that were approved in the previous year.
