Job Description: Hernandez Law, Inc. is looking for someone who is energetic, motivated, enthusiastic, BILINGUAL (Spanish), hard working, great organizational skills, multitasker and wants to WORK and GROW in the legal profession. We are a busy, fast pace and growing law firm specializing in workers' compensation injuries/claims.
Secretary/receptionist/mailing/filing clerk- This position will require numerous tasks. Be able to answer phone calls, communicate messages to the handling attorneys, log messages into the e-file system and answer questions from the clients. You will be organizing incoming mail, scanning and place on and/or in the files. You will also be labeling documents in our file system, e-file. You will be typing letters per the attorney's request or from dictation for outgoing mail. Helping attorney's and case managers prepare documents and materials for hearings/trial.

If you have the desire to grow and become part of the Hernandez Law team as a case manager, we will help you grow into more than just a secretary/receptionist/ mail /& filing clerk. We are looking for someone with these aspirations to potentially be working cases from beginning to end and settling!

Hours per week: 25-35+
Qualifications: Bilingual** (Spanish), organizational, enthusiastic, hard working! fast pace work, punctual/timely, responsible/dependable, creative skills, professional communicative skills, able to work under time dead lines and pressure. You will be provided training on the basics of workers' compensation law and system. Prior law experience preferred but not required.

Work skills- quick typist 55+ wpm, be able to answer phones, write/relay messages, gmail/microsoft/e-file system (will be trained), organizational skills, communication, quick learner, multitasker. court systems/documents (you will be provided training).

Wage: Minimum wage*- this can increase based on skill and desire to work!
