Job Description: The Ingomar Club, located in the Historic Carson Mansion in Eureka, is seeking an applicant for the position of Sous Chef. Applicant must be well-skilled, professional, team player with a positive attitude. Hours and days of availability must be flexible. Part-time 25-35 hours per week.
DOE $14+/hour plus gratuities. The applicant is subject to a background check and drug screening.
Clean, punctual, experienced, and professional needed for Line Cook position at the Ingomar Club. Job duties include working in the kitchen during production and cleanup.
Assist the Executive Chef with orders, menus, inventory, as well as, day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Must have passion for food and desire to learn and grow at the Ingomar Club. Willing to follow the Executive Chef’s direction and be available nights and weekends.
