Email (Outlook Web Access)
Microsoft Outlook is CR's email system for faculty, staff, and administration. Associate Faculty will receive a Redwoods email address. Associate faculty may login remotely to the Outlook Web Access area to check email. An app is/will be available to easily access your outlook account from your smart phone. Contact ITS at 476-4160 or work with the Associate Faculty Coordinator, 707-476-4342, to change or reset your password.
All Redwoods email accounts can be checked remotely from a web browser. The WebAccess provides full access to the InBox/ Sent messages, the Calendar, the CR address book, and Public Folders.

The Public Folders area in Outlook contains pertinent information about CR policies, meetings, curriculum, and procedures. CR employees can access documents this area through Outlook software or Outlook WebAccess.
Faculty and Staff Directory
TheCR Faculty Directory contains contact information for all CR faculty, associate faculty, and staff. Please contact the Human Resources department if your information is inaccurate.
Full-time faculty and staff will have their photo taken by the Human Resources department. Associate faculty should contact the Faculty Resources Office.
Telephone and Voicemail
Telephone voice mail extensions are assigned to Associate Faculty. The is a way for students to reach you. Be sure to identify yourself in the greeting so your students will know they've called the correct number. The Division office staff will get you an extension if you don't already have one. Please list your telephone number as 476-4100, extension _____.
