Important Notice!!

The required Science prerequisites are changing beginning with the Spring 2018 application period.  At that time, BIO 8 will no longer substitute for BIO 6, which means you will need BIO 2, 6 and 7 to apply to the LVN/Paramedic - RN program.  You will need to have all three courses completed by the end of Fall 2017 in order to apply to the program in Spring of 2018. However, for licensed LVN's only, BIO 8 (which is a required content in LVN programs) will substitute for BIO 1, which is a prerequisite for BIO 2, 6 & 7. In other words, LVN licensure + BIO 8 = BIO 1.
