Assist in a variety of routine functions in support of an office, following established policies, procedures, and methods. Requires basic knowledge of the terminology, practices, and procedures of an office. Duties and responsibilities include typing, filing, answering the telephone, data entry and direct contact with parents during hours the CDC is open. Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study.
Requires basic computer skills and the ability to operate basic office equipment such as copier and telephone system.
MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR FEDERAL WORK-STUDY 2017-18. College fingerprint clearance needed prior to start (Human Resources will arrange) TB test required prior to start (Student Health Services can arrange) SB 792 New Requirements--Proof of 2 MMR and current TDap.
