Have you ever faced the challenge of gaining direction, making decisions or building your self-confidence? Fortunately, the keys to successfully meeting these challenges – your own natural talents – already exist within you. Through these talents you can produce your greatest achievements. This two-part StrengthsQuest is designed to help!
Part 1: The Quest begins with the Clifton StrengthsFinder®, a 30-minute assessment that reveals your top five themes of talent. This online assessment is your entryway into a variety of experiences that will help you discover your greatest talents and develop strengths.
Part 2: A professional development session for colleagues to learn more about their top strength themes and be challenged to think about applying these talents for success in the workplace, on projects and teams, and in leadership.
We hope you will join us!
To participate: Please RSVP to Kerry Mayer via email no later than 5 pm on November 1. We need to know how many assessments to order/purchase and deliver! E-copies of the book, StrengthsQuest, by authors Donald O. Clifton, PhD, Edward “Chip” Anderson, PhD, and Laurie A Schreiner, PhD accompany your assessment participation. Once we have our list of RSVPs, we’ll open the assessments shortly thereafter, and then deliver Part 2 in Del Norte on November 14th.
