A workshop for deepening our connection with Ourselves and Each Other. Participants are invited to consider the practice of relational mindfulness through the technique of deep listening and meeting each other with kind neutrality. Relational mindfulness allows us an opportunity to be honest by showing us when and where it is challenging to remain present when engaging with others, and learning to use the anchor of breath to not only ground ourselves, but our social interactions.
