Andre Moodie

Moodie, a native of Negril, Jamaica, became College of the Redwoods Sprint coach and assistant cross country coach in the 2013-14 season. Through 3 seasons with the Corsairs, Moodie has coached athletes to 6 All-Americans performances. He has also coached 9 conference champions and 4 school record holders.

Prior to joining his Alma mater (College of the Redwoods), Moodie attended Dickinson State University and Mount Mercy university and was a 4 times NAIA national qualifier, an All American and holds over 10 school records for the Mount Mercy University Mustangs. Moodie was twice named as a member of the Jamaica National team and represented Jamaica in the 2009 Carifta Games where he was a finalist in the 800m. 
Moodie graduated with honors from Mount Mercy University where he earned a B.A in Business Management and Administration.
