Andrew Aiello

Andrew Aiello is a native of Oceanside, CA.  He was a multi-sport standout student-athlete at his high school, where he earned multiple different honors and recognitions as an athlete.  He attended Palomar Junior College, earning an AA , and later obtained his BA in Liberal Studies from CSUSM.  Afterwards, Aiello earned his MA from Arkansas State University, in Sports Administration.  Coach is currently also an adjunct professor here at CR.

Coach Aiello has been a member of the Redwoods Athletics family for 5 years now, coaching both football and baseball over that time.  Coach Aiello has recently taken over as the new head baseball coach here and is looking to help provide the program with a new level of excitement, leadership, knowledge, and passion.  Coach Aiello hopes to provide the program and college, with a focus on the student-athlete's success both on and off the field. Providing them with a great overall experience, while building high quality young men in the program, school, and community.  His goal and vision for this program is to provide standard on the field, in the classroom, and in the community, all while playing for and winning a championship for the college and community. Finally, promoting student-athletes and guiding them to a four-year program or higher education pursuits.  

He is an avid golfer, being a member at a local country club, and tries to golf as much as he can in the off season.  Coach Aiello enjoys building relationships with young athletes in the community and trying to give back by helping train them.  He most enjoys his time with his family and friends.  He and his girlfriend Melissa, live here locally and have a dog named Madison Bumgarner.
