Brad is entering his fourth year as the Head Coach for the Corsairs and his sixth year overall in the program. Coach Morgan served two years as an Assistant Coach, 2014 & 2015, under long-time Head Coach Bob Brown before becoming Head Coach. He is also an associate faculty member at the College, teaching Kinesiology classes.
Originally from Eureka, CA, Brad was a 2005 graduate of Eureka High School, where he lettered in both baseball and wrestling all 4 years of high school. During the summers, Brad played for the now defunct local American Legion team, the Eureka Falcons, from 2003-2006.
Brad played at College of Redwoods from 2006-2007, where he was a 1stTeam All Golden Valley Conference Selection in 2006 and a 2ndTeam All Golden Valley Conference Selection in 2007 as a catcher.
Brad then attended New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas, New Mexico, from 2009-2013, playing in 2009 & 2010, and was a part of the 2010 team that finished the year 41-13, winning the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference regular season and tournament titles, while earning the #1 Ranking for the NCAA Division II Central Region and a NCAA Division II national ranking as high as #7. Brad wrestled for the Cowboys in 2011 and served as the strength and conditioning coach for both the baseball and wrestling teams at the University from 2012-2013. Brad also played three summers, 2007, 2009 & 2010, with the Humboldt Crabs collegiate wood bat team.
Before joining the Corsairs staff, Coach Morgan worked as an Assistant Coach during the summers for the Humboldt Crabs from 2011-2013. While as an Assistant Coach for the Corsairs, Coach Morgan served as the Manager for the 19U Humboldt Eagles American Legion Team, during the summers of 2014-2016. Coach Morgan returned to the Crabs coaching staff during the summer of 2017 and currently serves as an Assistant Coach.
Brad received, both, his B.A. in Human Performance in Sport/Physical Education in 2010 and his M.A. in Kinesiology with emphasis in Human Performance in Sport/Teacher Education in 2013 from New Mexico Highlands University. Brad currently resides in Eureka, CA, with his fiancé Kathy and their daughter Allie.

Brandon is entering his first year as the Assistant Head Coach for the Corsairs. Coach Coborn primarily serves as the programs pitching coach and works with infielders, outfielders, and base running. He is also an associate faculty member at the College, teaching Kinesiology classes.
Originally from Chico, CA, Brandon was a 2011 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School, where he was a three-year varsity starter in centerfield, helping the Vikings win back-to-back NSCIF Section Titles in 2009 & 2010, and was an All-NSCIF Section selection in 2010 & 2011. Brandon also played for the Chico Nuts American Legion Program during the summers from 2010-2012, helping the Nuts win their first California Senior American Legion State Championship in 2011.
Brandon then attended Feather River College in Quincy, CA, from 2011-2014, where he was a part of the 2013 California Community College Final Four team, and earned Golden Valley Conference All-Academic Honors in 2014. Brandon also played two summers, 2013 & 2014, with the now defunct Menlo Park Legends collegiate wood bat team, located in Menlo Park, CA.
Before joining the Corsairs staff, Coach Coborn worked as an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Pleasant Valley High School, during the spring of 2015. In the fall of 2014 and summer of 2015, Coach Coborn was an Assistant Coach for the Chico Nuts American Legion Baseball Program. Coach Coborn then helped restart the Paradise American Legion Baseball Program, in Paradise, CA, where he served as the Manager for the 19U team and Associate Head Coach for the 17U team, from 2016-2017.
Brandon received, both, his B.A. in Kinesiology: Physical Education Teacher Education in 2016 and his M.A. in Kinesiology with emphasis in pedagogy & adapted physical activity in 2018 from California State University, Chico. Brandon currently resides in Arcata, CA.
