About Us

Dining Services runs the CR Cafe which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner serving a wide variety of cuisines for people of all tastes. There is a deli, soups, a salad bar, grill to order, and daily specials. There is also a convenience store where you can buy drinks, snacks, and sundries.

Featuring a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, burgers, Paninis, and sides. Vegetarian and Vegan meals offered daily.

Hum Bowls

Create your own rice bowl by selecting toppings of your choice

Rice: Jasmine or brown

Sauce: Teriyaki, curry, peanut, chili lime

Additions: Brisket, Chicken, Tofu, Pork Belly, Soft egg, chili oil, kimchi, sautéed greens, cucumbers, roasted broccoli, cilantro, marinated mushrooms, pickled ginger

Grab and Go

Grab and Go is available to meet the needs of busy students.  We offer a wide variety of ready to eat food including house made sandwiches and wraps, fresh squeezed juice, chef’s choice soup of the day, salad bar, and pizza by the slice

Breakfast Burritos and sandwiches are ready to eat 8 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

The Café is proud to serve seasonal produce from College of the Redwoods own Shively Sustainable Farm. Watch for our Farm to Table dinners to go in the fall using our very own local lamb, pork and chickens.
