New Del Norte Lab Open for Business!

Professor Chris Callahan and his students started using the new Del Norte Science lab last week. You can tell from the attached pictures that the students are excited to be in the new state of the art lab!

The new lab facility is fully equipped with new technology to provide the best opportunities for CR Del Norte's current and future students.
Under the guidance of Chris Callahan students will be able to investigate very interesting topics.

I've attached a picture showing students in an Environmental Science 10 measuring the effects of environmental contaminants on the heart rates of aquatic invertebrates.  Another picture shows students analyzing DNA samples from a mock crime scene (very CSI like!). Yet another picture shows students conducting blood sample techniques.
