Update Following the August 25, 2018 Board of Trustees Workshop

Published on 8/25/2018.

The Board of Trustees held its fall semester workshop today. Here's a brief summary of the meeting.

First, Professor Peter Blakemore led a facilitated conversation with the Trustees and the CRFO and District negotiation teams on Interest Based Bargaining. Dr. Blakemore did a fantastic job explaining the principles of IBB, developing a sense of trust with the group, and helping all the participants better understand IBB. Thanks Peter!

The Trustees discussed the Board evaluation results. They didn't get through the survey results so they decided to carry the discussion over to a workshop before the November Board meeting.

The Board approved their 2018-19 Goals and Objectives. Below are their goals for this year.
