The California Community College Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (CCCWBCA) announced recently that eighty-five players from 40 community colleges have been named to the 2018-19 CCCWBCA Academic All-State Team.  To qualify for Academic All-State recognition the student-athletes had to complete a year of play on their teams, earn at least 24 units of credit and maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA.

I am proud to announce that two players from our Women’s basketball from last season was included in the Academic All-State Team. Taylor Murray maintained a 3.6 grade point average (GPA) and Sophie Northern had a 3.93 GPA.
