My summary of the July 9, 2019 Board of Trustees meeting noted that Greenway Partners, Inc. presented their findings of the project to the Trustees in open session.  Their presentation discussed several potential land and building re-purposing use ideas, potential infrastructure and mitigation costs and several technical and jurisdictional hurdles the District confronted. Greenway also provided a decision-making pathway moving forward.
