Knowing that we never get a second chance to make a first impression, we want to make sure our new classified and management employees feel welcomed, valued and ready to be contributing colleagues to our academic community.  Besides hearing about the integrated planning process and health benefits, our new colleagues discussed how they can help foster a civil, ethical and respectful organizational culture.
