The Board of Trustees met for its annual pre-fall semester workshop this weekend.

During the workshop, Roger James and Mary Gelinas facilitated a very productive dialogue with the Board that focused on CR’s strategic vision.  The Trustees were deeply engaged in important conversations including agreement on the strategic visioning process, the desired outcomes, phases, activities, and time line of the visioning process, their role in the process, and how to involve stakeholders in the process.

The college community should be very pleased that we have intelligent and high quality Trustees involved in strategic visioning of the institution. Their leadership in this process is critical to the long-term success of College of the Redwoods.
