Assistant Professor Christopher Callahan's Prison Education Success Story!
Our Del Norte faculty and staff are working together to make a difference in the lives of the incarcerated people in Pelican Bay State Prison.
We received formal notification on April 1st of the Chancellor’s Office intent to award a California Community College Chancellor’s Office Basic Skills and Student Outcomes Transformation Program grant to College of the Redwoods.
As more emphasis is placed on enrollment growth and student success and completion, we need to improve public perception and image of CR.

Angela McGrew has worked for the National Museum of the American Indian Smithsonian for 8 years, The Southwest Museum of the American Indian at the Autry for 8.5 years, and currently at the Cantor Arts Center at Stanford University for 3 years. She is Apache.
Brittany Britton holds a BA in Studio Art at HSU, a MFA from the Oregon College of Art and Craft, and has worked as an intern at the Clark Museum. She is Hupa.
A press release was disseminated to local news agencies today announcing the launch of our new OneREG registration process that will allow students to register for an entire academic year. This innovative process represents our institutional commitment to provide greater support to our students. OneREG, and many of our other new enrollment management initiatives, also reflects our institutional courage to take calculated risks and challenge the status quo so CR doesn’t stagnate or become competitively irrelevant.
