We held the final Board led strategic visioning session last night for community members. The group was small but we had some wonderfully bright thinkers from healthcare, K-12 education and the business community in the room!

Trustee Emad welcomed the participants with a message about how important the strategic vision will be to the long term fiscal health of the college and to the college/community partnership. Thank you to Trustees Emad and Mullery for hosting the event and guiding the conversations.

So, what now? Over the next month Angelina Hill will work with our consultants, Mary Gelinas and Roger James, to code the responses from all of the visioning sessions and synthesize the responses into key themes. The themes will then be used to develop a strategic vision document. We're anticipating that the Board of Trustees will review and adopt the strategic document in January with the plan to communicate the vision to all of the stakeholders.
