CR’s Office of Enrollment Services
Now, to address the topic on everyone’s minds: the Office of Enrollment Services. Seriously. If it isn’t on your mind, it should be because the staff are doing outstanding work in support of students and our college. Here are examples.
- The Financial Aid Office has earned a variety of nationally recognized certificates in FA specific topics like Return to Title 4 and Cash Management.
- The Enrollment Services office is testing an online chat feature. Student testing will begin this summer.
- Despite the Datatel transition, financial aid disbursements were completed without any noticeable change for students.
- The CR main line is now answered by admissions and FA teams. This helps callers get access to in the information they need with less transfers.
- Evaluators will process over 500 graduation petitions this term.
- Staff are contacting all HSU students who have applied for summer and help them get registered for the classes they need.
- Lauren Larsen, a Student Services Specialist in Admissions is graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from HSU this semester. She recently presented work at a symposium in Portland and has been accepted to a Master's program at HSU!
