DSA review for this project is under final review. The prequalification process was re-opened as two prequalified contractors dropped out, leaving only two contractors qualified to bid. The bid process is expected to start soon, with Notice to Proceed to be issued at the end of April 2024. Final completion of buildings is estimated to be July 2026, with demo of old buildings to be completed December 2026. Opening of these buildings is slated for Spring Semester 2027.
