This comprehensive one-day workshop assists restaurants and other food handling businesses in complying with AB 1978/Campbell. Fees include textbook, food safety and sanitation instruction, demonstrations and certification examination fee. Register with adequate time to read the textbook before attending class. Please bring a photo ID and your book to class. This course does not meet the prerequisite or graduation requirements for Hospitality, Restaurant,& Culinary Arts certificates or degrees. Spanish edition of text is available upon request.  Please bring a photo ID and your book to class.
