About Us

Psychology is the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. This degree is designed for students interested in an introduction to the field of psychology and for students looking to further their understanding of the biological, psychological, and environmental influences on human behavior.

Transfer Opportunities

The Associate in Arts in Psychology for Transfer at College of the Redwoods allows students to transfer seamlessly to a bachelor’s degree program at a CSU. Students with BAs in psychology find jobs in administrative support, public affairs, education, business, sales, service industries, health, the biological sciences and computer programming.
