Borba was previously the wide receivers coach at Delta College in Stockton, CA. In his four years at Delta, Borba sent 14 WR's on to the four-year level, four of which signed to Division-I schools.
Coach Borba graduated from Escalon High School in 1997, helping the Cougars to the 1996 Div. IV state football title. He then attended Delta College, where he was the national leader in completions and was named to the 1999 Honorable Mention All-American teams. After leaving Delta, Frank continued his education and playing career at Menlo College. While at Menlo, he was named to the all-west region team, and first team preseason all-American teams. He finished fourth in the nation for passing efficiency in 2003 and is the second leading passer in school history. After his collegiate career Frank played professionally for five years in the AF2, National Indoor Football League, and the United Indoor Football League.
Previously Coach Borba had coached high school for five years, including three years as the QB coach/Offensive Coordinator for Ripon Christian High School, and two years for the Central Catholic Raiders in Modesto. He holds a BA in Sports Management from Menlo College, and a Masters of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University, Irvine. He is married to his wife Aubrey, and has three children, Frank IV, Boston, and Jolie.
