College of the Redwoods holds Advising & Career Fair

College of the Redwoods will hold an Advising and Career Fair on Monday, Nov. 28, from 10:30am to 1:30pm in the CR Learning Resource Center. This is an opportunity for local businesses to connect with current and potential CR students and encourage them to pursue the skills and knowledge that will make them highly employable in the future.

The event is scheduled during CR’s ‘Success Week’, which will support students in successfully completing the term and also encourage students who have dropped out to return and finish their programs. Advisors will be on hand to talk to students about short-term certificate pathways that can lead to improved careers.

This event is open to the whole community and we are inviting local businesses who have staffing needs or potential internship positions to attend and recruit students. Coffee and snacks will be offered.
