A workshop exploring the life-changing practice of mindfulness to be more fully present in work, life and play. Participants will be exposed to the benefits of mindfulness, how mindfulness can fit into daily living, and how to integrate the foundations of mindfulness. This workshop offers evidence-based mindful practices that promote calm, concentration, and connection in any situation as you choose to “be with” day-to-day life.
