CR and CPH present Art and Film Transfer Night

College of the Redwoods Art Department invites students to a special virtual event with Cal Poly Humboldt’s Art + Film faculty!

When: Tuesday, November 18 at 5:30 p.m. on Zoom
What: Learn about Cal Poly Humboldt’s Art + Film programs and how to prepare a successful transfer portfolio. After the main presentation, students will have the opportunity to sign up for individual portfolio reviews in breakout rooms.
Why Attend:
·         Hear directly from Cal Poly Humboldt Art + Film faculty about degree options and transfer pathways.
·         Get personalized feedback on your art portfolio.
·         Learn what makes a strong transfer application.
·         Ask questions about studio courses, facilities, and career pathways in the arts.
Students are encouraged to prepare a portfolio of 10-20 digital images of their work in advance to participate in the portfolio review. A recording of the main presentation will be available for those unable to attend live.

Who Should Attend:
All CR Art students—especially those planning to transfer to Cal Poly Humboldt or pursuing the Studio Arts ADT or AA in Liberal Arts: Fine Arts.
