The Cochuah Regional Archaeological Survey is directed by the Principal Investigators Dr. Justine M. Shaw and Dr. Alberto G. Flores Colin. Dr. Alejandra Badillo Sanchez serves as the director of historical archaeology.
We were able to return to the field in 2022, after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic. At present, we are still awaiting labwork from this season but will have a report posted here as soon as the results are available and integrated into our findings.
